A controlled manufacturing environment
All our operations are carried out in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP 21 CFR Part 111) and the requirements of the FSSC 22000 certification.
Our facilities are equipped with an ISO 8-rated HVAC system that ensures strict control of temperature, humidity and air quality in order to guarantee optimal production conditions. Two purified water production units, which comply with the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia, complete our process control system.
Testing at every stage
Our quality control laboratories carry out analyses of raw materials, products in the manufacturing process and finished products to ensure they comply with regulatory requirements and defined specifications. Combined with full batch traceability, this approach enables us to guarantee a high level of quality, safety and reliability for each of your products.
